14. Quick reference & troubleshooting
Common questions and quick fixes.
Switching location
Use the branch switcher at the top. Everything on screen — menu, orders, stock, reports — follows the branch you pick.
I can't see a screen or button
Your role doesn't include that permission. Ask your owner or manager to adjust your role.
I got logged out
Sessions expire after about an hour of inactivity. Just log back in.
A report number looks wrong
Check the date range and branch first, then use the relevant log (e.g. stock movement history, order activity timeline) to trace it.
Money still owed at close
Check the Hanging orders (unpaid) and Hanging bills (part-paid) reports.
